Raindrops on Grass

While I was taking photos of the wet poppies this morning I discovered a long, thread-like worm. They occasionally appear after rain and I've tried to photograph them before, without success. Today I shot a movie of it as it waved about seeking another surface. It reminds me of a time lapsed movie of a growing vine. Here it is if you'd like to see it- Horsehair Worm Dance.
