Its been a strange sort of day. Child #1, who has been having trouble with settling into her new school, is still trying to buy friendship; she is taking people's lunch money and buying sweeties for them with it. This would not be too bad if she wasn't grounded (because of previous stuff) and the fact that these children are not allowed in the shops either!

We walked the dogs at the closed caravan park today, just to try to be less muddy. I spotted this leaf on the way back, its colours vivid against the muddy pathway.
