Over the border....

Went to Wales for the weekend and went over the Severn Bridge on the M4. The sun was beginning to set and the view was absolutely stunning. This photo doesn't do it justice of course, taken out of the window of a moving car as we couldn't stop on the motorway to take photos! I wasn't driving by the way!

Lots of traffic once we got into Wales, plus roadworks on the M4 which included a 50 mph limit & average speed cameras - however, due to the traffic we weren't at risk of getting a ticket, shouldn't think we averaged 30 in that stretch.

Got to our hotel at 4.30 pm just in time to check-in, dump our bags, quick change then straight out to get to the Millennium Stadium. And that's all I'm going to say about the rest of our time there as several Welsh friends might read this. We had a great weekend though & will definitely be going to Wales again sometime soon.
