I made one of the most disgusting and bland stews ever tonight - damn crockpot. I was aiming to make a warm autumn stew with butternut squash, mushrooms, onions, carrots, celery, sweet potato, red lentils in a tomato-y base, but it turned out terribly. Could barely choke mine down. Ugh!
