More food pics

Aren't these lentils just gorgeous? I could just stare at them all day. Each individual one is a work of art - okay, maybe I'm exaggerating a little, but I love the dark green swirls on each lentil.

Made a salad of roasted delicata squash, broccoli rabe and French puy lentils, then tossed them all with flecks of parmesan cheese.
