Helpful street sign

A torrid day in the office doing interviews, so I didn't have a moment for blippage apart from when I was heading in there this morning. I was startled to see this blue sign and indeed the white sign headed "West End" in the background (it might be legible in large); they instruct us that the outer lane/straight ahead is for buses, taxis, bikes and trams only. Eh? What trams? They're getting ahead of themselves, just a tad, surely.
