View from a school window

Albeit not a secondary school, but Abbie and Pippa's art school. Not sure if the view is that inspirational, but the skies can be magnificent to view from here. They can be like those glorious skies painted by the "Haagse School", a group of painters like Jacob Maris and Hendrik Willem Mesdag famous for their landscapes with stunning skies.

Today however, there was only a cold, grey cloud that turned into a rain and sleet shower by the time we stepped outside the school. Thankfully, we only live around the corner. So our nice warm house was close by.

Still, I liked the contrast between the threatening grey sky and the brightly lit shop window of the fast cars dealership.
