dougal's first snow day

we have proper snow today...look at our garden, it looks ace! and wee dougal spent ages going nuts in it today - he was hilarious, and he looked like a wild gingery fox against the white with black eyes.

in fact, he was going so mental, I couldn't get a decent blip of him...maybe tomorrow, it's still snowing.

meldrum looked beautiful, like a christmas card today. the kids were gutted they didn't get a snow-day though but I got heaps done.
and now I'm at abbie leggat's 5th birthday party - meant to be face painting, but because I sliced my finger open earlier, I managed to avoid that. I didn't do it on purpose, but that was the silver lining right there...
