Dismissal time!

When elementary school gets out in the afternoon, there is mayhem on the street (especially in heavily populated city such as Shanghai). Security guards standing by the doors to make sure nobody suspicious gets in, grandparents/parents/nannies crowding the gates trying to find their kid, cars honking and parking in the most ridiculous spots, crossing guards trying to maintain some kind of control and safety so nobody gets run over, passerbys biking their way, and my favorite is the cotton candy man :)
