Schnow!

It's feeble, it's pathetic, it's less than an inch deep but it's here! Have one very excited little boy who's gone to bed fervently hoping that it's still there in the morning so he can teach his baby brother to throw snowballs.

Wonder how icy the Forest road is now. It *had* been salted as we drove over to swimming earlier on, but just about every cow in the Forest had heard about this, and there they all were, standing in the road licking the salt up! A 15 minute journey took a looooooong time, because they weren't budging for anyone!


Personally I'd rather it didn't get worse overnight. I'm off away overnight tomorrow with some friends (child free! :o I may just stay in the room and sleep for the entire time!!), so could do without trains being cancelled!




Oh, and the pic might be a bit ropey but it's the only one I got - the battery was obviously too cold and gave up after this one.
