Olivers Cake Shop
I am looking through blipfoto and feel I am missing out. I keep hearing promises of snow, but I look out the window and see flat, grey monochrome skies. Maybe there will be some tonight. Not too much though as I've got to drive to Belfast on Monday to give one of BP's vapour recovery units an annual service.
So when the skies are grey, what do you do? Bake a chocolate cake, oliver says. His cake making skills have vastly imnproved since his toddler days. He now manages to keep all the mixture in the bowl, only managing to get minimal amounts of flour on his jeans.
The say the proofs in the pudding, so I'm just about to find out. Emsie and Oliver have just placed a nice piece of cake and a cup of tea in front of me. Thats my cue to get off the computer and relax.. Mmmmmm!
