Just like buses
Well what do you know. Having said I've never posted a dog-blip up until yesterday, here's another dog-blip. See, you wait for long enough, then two come along at the same time.
We went from no snow at 9pm last night to this this morning (via a snowman building session and snowball fight at midnight last night).
Couldn't resist this pair today as they were trotting around the Delph Pond looking very dapper in their doggy vestments. They were certainly looking much more pleased with themselves than our local swans and ducks who were gallantly trying to maintain an ice-free swimming lane in the rapidly thickening ice covering the pond.
Feeling sorry for the local birdlife when I got back in from this chilly walk and a session scattering road salt along our cul-de-sac I decided it was time to get my fat balls out for our feathered friends once more. The breakfast sausages had a good amount of fat squeezed out of them courtesy of George Foreman so this was liquified again and mixed with some oats and muesli and set again before hanging outside. It's already been visited a couple of times by out resident robin and there's a female blackbird showing a nervous interest too.
So that's my good deeds done for the day, time for some rubbish telly washed down with a decent dram or two.
Have a good one all.
