Dropped his book?

I really don't know who this charming chap is but he looked as though he'd dropped a book so I took a snap of him. He and I were very cold; it was before 09:00 this morning and I had set off for a stroll but it quickly became very uncomfortable. I gritted my teeth and carried on as I didn't want to get all the way to Exeter and not grab a few shots of the cathedral but my eyes were streaming.

Did the gig at the university this afternoon and headed back. Stopped off at the local Indian takeaway for some spicy Saturday sustenance and now I plan to veg out with some mindless TV.
