The day after ...

Sinterklaas has left the country. Actually celebrated it twice this year, first with all my friends (Tuesday) and yesterday with Pieter. I received some cool gifts (Fokke & Sukke book, a spork, a "point it" booklet and a microfiber towel). I am slowly getting ready for India :).

Now it's time to finish up the remaining Sinterklaas sweets, these are some leftover kruidnoten. Kruidnoten are very tasty sweets (or actually tiny cookie like balls, about 2 cm in diameter) made with speculaas spices. Speculaas spices are: pepper, cinnamon, ginger, cloves, cardamom and nutmeg.
