snow where to go!

Woke up and the place was covered in the white stuff agian but this time thick. Went to church which was half empty and freezing cold due to that idiot not putting the heating on!

Hubby & both daughters were going to drive to Glasgow and I fretted about them so I filled two thermos flasks with Tomato soup gave them blankets and made them take a spade! I then walked down the village to the local craft fair and heard that Loch Lomond had 300 stranded cars so I got on the mobile and told them to come back which they duly did. When three quarters of your family are travelling the same car with loads of snow you worry, I can see where the Royal family try to avoid this situation, anyhows they got back safe and sond but lots others got marooned so I hope they will all be ok.

The girls went sledding on my metal trays and they took the dogs out in a bin bag. All had good fun including the doggies, now we have finished playing a game of Sceane in front of a roaring fire and my blood pressure is back down to normal. Snow is fun but not when you have to travel in it
