Reflection.....

After a pretty intense few days, setting up the show in Sydney, partying at the show on thursday evening..... great fun actually.....then full days in the booth friday and saturday! Long hours on your feet, and of course i had to wear my trendy boots, and they are not very comfortable, but they did look better than my old comfy boots....and a wonderful time chatting with customers, making friends with other exhibitors, and good sales! also, i was interviewed by CBC radio station....and i guess my scottish accent is more pronounced that i think! Many people stopped by my booth to find out where in Scotland i was from !!!!!

The folks that organized the show, Cape Breton Centre for Craft and Design, were amazing....lots of volunteer help with the dismantling of the booths, which is a difficult job, at the end of a long 4 days!
so all in all a great weekend. And now, sunday has been a very laid back day, lots of sunshine and blue skies.....with a smattering of fresh snow!

went for a great walk with the dogs and took some interesting images.....i never get tired of photographing the weeds at this time of year, but i opted for this more minimalist image, just cos it appealed to me!
