Cow Man Guy

Today I walked into the common area of the dorms to find four chickens sitting in a bubbling jacuzzi together. The chickens could have been the same ones I had seen at the market on Monday (but hopefully not.) After the jacuzzi, they got a deep massage, all the way to the bone in fact.

The result was a simple but delicious Thai dish, Cow Man Guy (not really the way most people would spell it, but the way it sounds.) Basically you pack rice into a small bowl then flip it out onto the plate so it looks pretty. Then you place some chicken pieces on top and a few cucumbers on the side of the dish. Drizzle it with a little spicy chili sauce and squeeze a lime on top. Delicious!
