Wrong end of the line

Today a new statue of Philip Larkin is being unveiled in the railway station in Hull, but as I'm in London I thought it would be appropriate to Blip the statue (by the same sculptor) of his friend John Betjeman at St Pancras. Here he is, looking up at the magnificent roof, near the champagne bar.

No snow, but it's very cold even in London tonight so I've come in early. Looking forward to a conference at the British Library tomorrow.
