Anti Shatter
Before departure we were supplied with rolls of so called anti-shatter foil for our bridge windows. This prevents millions of small glass particles flying all over the bridge and hurting people when the windows are getting hit. Earlier, a small doorwindow on the captains deck broke suddenly for unknown reason. According me, if glass breaks like this, we're talking about safety glass, the same type as in your car. That means that the anti shatter foil is an extra redundancy, which is always good.
