I loved the clouds in this picture. I could see them as B filled up the car but you could still see both of our reflections.
Went to hot yoga today. It was really great. She talked a lot about breathing and the breath. It's interesting because I have been using breathing techniques to try to sleep better. I keep trying to breathe into my toes and concentrate on relaxing all my body ... i am not a great sleeper so I am trying new techniques.
I also work with children with behavioural issues. I know that we try to stress to them to breathe and count. It's so easy to say but it's another to use it in your own practice to really appreciate how we breathe and why it's so important. When you are scared you breathe differently... it's a reaction. Now I try to be aware of something you do naturally but how you do it can change your emotions and state of being.
