Fortitude

Milo has spent a lot of today playing with "his men"...some tiny plastic soldiers unearthed from an old board game when we were doing some sorting out. It is quite amazing how he gets lost in his own world chattering away to them. Here you can see one of them flanked by some other Monsters on his car boot castle...one of my favourite vintage bargains.

We're just back from a super meal out for Uncle Thom's birthday. Our collective kids are just about old enough to sit at their own table with minimal intervention - a win-win as they feel all grown up and we get to be partly grown up on the next table.
