Damper Based Pizza

I made pizza again tonight only this time with a slight difference. Instead of usin bread mix for the base I used self raising flour. It actually worked quite well.

Cooking was done outside in the Crownwhich I am getting very good at now. The trick is to pile the wood in early and get a lot of heat to make the oven warm up quickly.

Today was not a lot of fun at work. Our staff shortage is causing me some grief and I was pretty grumpy about it. So I came home with a bit of a headache.
