Frosted Barb Wire
Driving from March to Downham Market this morning, I took a back route via Welney due to roadworks on the route I usually take. I was really enjoying the winter wonderland effect of the frost and as I drove along beside the bank that runs along the Welney Wildfowl and Wetlands Trust I noticed the barbed wire fencing was all beautifully encrusted so stopped and whipped out my camera! The sky was clear blue, not a cloud in sight, winter sunshine shone down and the only sound was the muted honking of geese, it was a magical moment. ;o) Further along on my journey I wanted to stop and take photos of the glorious frosted cobwebs hanging across the traffic lights at Ten Mile Bank. ;o) What a lovely day!
