It's an ever changing world

This is the print works at my newspaper being demolished. Once it's flattened the land will be up for sale for flats to be built.

I'm quite sentimental and don't like seeing things torn down even though sometimes I know they can be replaced with something much better.

What bothers me is the number of office, workshop and college buildings we're bulldozing to replace with new homes.

It's all very well having plenty of places to live but it surely has to be matched with growing numbers of thriving businesses. How else are people going to pay their rents and mortgages in these new homes?
