Walking around unit EC 20

A look at the frontside of the boiler of unit EC 20, seen from the turbinefloor.
The four square ducts are meant for ventilation of the boilerroonm.
The rounded pipes are the main steampipes to the turbine, all hung in springs for expansion.
At the right one of the four airsupplyducts for the burners. (diameter: size of a minivan)
The orange cabinets contain the steering solenoids of the burnercontrols.
Total height of the boiler: app. 40 meters.
