Christmas Village

For a number of years, I painted a ceramic building each year to add to the village. Everything in the set has been hand-painted, including the people. The exception is the ice skating ring in the middle, which has metal figures, that was my family's when I was growing up.

I took dozens of photos of the entire village trying to get one I liked but was unsuccessful. I am linking to the one that was the least dismal.

This isn't a very cheery commentary for a Christmas Village but some days are like that :)
