A broken night of sleep with Eco daugther up at 3, managed to get back to sleep.


Eco son turned 15 today, cards handed out and then breakfast.

The ladies and myself headed down to coast for a walk. The buckthorn berries still on the bushes and tasting ok so will head down next weekend armed with harvesting equipment.

The sand was frozen in the shadow of the dunes, no wind, very littles swell and a wishy washy sky.

Juno ran and ran, chased the sticks and balls we found. We collected razor shells to use as plant markers.

Eco daughter chatted to us, it was so nice to hear her views on life and what is going on.

A great monring and returned home to the birthday boy to encourage German revision, we may have suceeded on a couple of hours only.

Boys night out with son to watch a biking film at the Filmhouse after some food.
