Awakend In A Winter Wonderland

We woke up to snow this morning. Apparently it started as rain overnight but it was coming down as snow pretty good when we all got going this morning.

As I post this at 6pm EST it is still snowing, temp's are dropping below freezing, and the wind has picked up considerably. The girls are convinced they will have a snow day tomorrow and to help things along they are planning on sleeping in inside out pajamas tonight. ;) I'd say the odds are in their favor if things keep up as forecast.

The kids are thrilled with the snow and spent quite a while out in it building a fort. I get to go out in it later to clear the driveway. Here's to not losing power overnight. Cheers!
