Rehearsals . . .

A very full weekend of rehearsals and then the concert in St Magnus Cathedral. The first part of the programme was Corelli's Christmas Concerto and then Leopold Mozart's Toy Symphony with various local dignitaries being the soloists playing toy instruments. The second half was us singing Carmina Burana. Loud and exciting with amazing percussion provided by secondary school pupils. We had a great sing, it was a super evening, and we raised lots of money for children in an orphanage in Malawi with which our choir leader has links.
