GIRLS AT THE SANTA MARIA GATE

Had lunch at our favourite coffee bar, took lots of pics of their mouth-watering Christmas confections but then I watched these two girls out in the middle of the street at a gate into the city and decided to snap their pictures just as one turned to leave. I can do the sweeties another day. It's sunny, 9 C in the town, although there is frost in the valley, and these girls with all of their clobber seemed to brighten the morning.
