New feature: Tutorials

Just in time for the holiday season, we're delighted to announce our latest membership feature: the Blipfoto digital photography tutorials.

We've kicked off with six individual lessons, divided into two sections - quick tutorials you can work through in few minutes, and in-depth tutorials which explore more complex concepts and techniques in detail.

You'll find bits of video, downloadable files and presets riddled throughout. It's all accessible to full members now, by clicking on the new 'tutorials' option in the left hand menu.

We think there's something in there for everyone, but this is really a starting point and we have plans to add new tutorials regularly. With that in mind, it would be really useful to know what else you'd like to see in there. Is there a technique or effect you'd like to see explained? A mysterious function on your camera you'd like to know more about?

If so, please drop a comment or two below with your suggestions (and of course let us know what you think of what's already there.)

The tutorials complete the list of membership features, which means all memberships bought before 31 December will begin rolling on the 1st of January. Full members' renewal date will therefore be 31st December 2011, and full founding members' will be 30th June 2012.
