Illuminated

Managed to escape from work early today which was a novelty.

A quick trip to the dentist (one filling due, along with a row about flossing) was followed by a pizza in town, my traditional Christmas toffee fudge glory blow out - dentists, eh? - then far too much of everything else in the pub.

As I pushed my way through the throngs at the German market, I noticed that the clock had very kindly been lit up to show me just how late I was for meeting everyone.
