Just as well I blipped this as all the tree decoration ones I tried to take later on were truly awful.

A bit of a night of negotiating - first to the neighbours to discuss balconies and gutters and massive bills and then on the phone to my mum's gas service provider to discuss inefficiency, thoughtlessness and leaving an elderly lady for days with no heating.

Grrr.
