Festive

One course of our family Christmas day meal always consists of gambas (large prawns) cooked in olive oil, herbs, garlic and eau de vie - this is my son preparing them. As always we started with apéritifs in the garden (even though it was quite cold) accompanied by olives from the garden. We spent the rest of the afternoon cooking and eating several delicious courses....until it was dark.
