Snow Bench

No new snow today, just this left over. This bench always confuses me. It sits on a narrow strip of grass, looking in on the car park at work. I have seen people sitting here eating their lunch, and can't think why anybody would want to.

I can understand why people may prefer to sit when on a cigarette break, but that illegible sign is a no smoking one.

I also once saw a young couple cuddling up on this bench. They didn't work in the office, just two randoms, who thought it was a nice romantic place to stop for a smooch?!? Bizarre.
