Well, that's how the recipe described this clementine jelly. Mind, it also said it was to be made with minimal fuss. I suppose it assumed I wouldn't have to juice 20 clementines manually...

Still, it's all worth it because my lovely friends Mark, Diana and Kiwi Sarah are coming for dinner.
