It's Christmas Eve Eve and there's a whole lorra things to do before our friends call round for a pre-christmas get together: Appleberry mulled wine to get on the go, baking ingredients to buy and a huge pan of home-made chilli to ferment on the stove.

Most of our friends now have little families of their own so we thought we'd leave christmas eve for 'family time' instead this year, so they can spend quality moments putting their excited little ones to bed - it IS one of the best things about christmas afterall.

Called round to see N&S at lunchtime to drop off some gifts and check out their gorgeous iccle baby boy who was born last monday. Needless to say hearts melted and both myself and Lady Speed found ourselves getting just a little bit broody.
