The Jarvis appreciates clandestine bars, so long as they are run by people of good character. Naklar, as run by Antonietta, is a late opener in Rome that you have to ring a buzzer and fill out a membership form to enter. Normally such measures would be regarded as anti-Jarvis, but if that is what it takes for a bar in Rome to open well into the wee small hours, then so be it. I think there's a saying about things like that...
