Guess what I'm doing tonight.

Not drinking this bottle though. This is one I "laid down" for a special occasion whatever that means. It is a really lovely wine I discovered in Spain and I went all over the country to find this particular vintage. W knows he will die if he touches this one.

I guess messing about with it will turn it into vinegar.
They say you should not pick it up when it's been laid down.
They say a stable temperature is essential and I've had it under all sorts of lights.

There, I've convinced myself, I'd better drink it tonight. After I've had the one I'm drinking.
