Swan. And ducks.

Went out in search of blipspiration this afternoon. A load of shots later and I returned to have a look at the results.

But what does one blip on the first day of the year? The boat, sinking and frozen into the canal? The frenzy that resulted from a kind passerby feeding the ducks? The broken branch, still hanging from the tree? That nearly won. I feel a little like I've been broken this last year; that image resonated rather.

No. My first blip of 2011 won't be 'Stuck and Sinking', 'Feeding Frenzy' or 'Broken and Left Hanging'. No. We'll go for something with peace, movement and a hint of harmony.

Let's start as we mean to go on, eh?
