Winter

A bit bleak, but at least there's blue sky and plenty of sunshine. It has been extremely cold the past few days, with winter storms. So, at least today was bright and sunny. Spent the afternoon grilling steaks in the back yard. We don't hesitate to get out the grill any time regardless of the weather. We always have prime rib on New Years Eve, and always have plenty of left overs. So, on New Years Day, it's rib eye steaks on the grill. Still got enough left for two more scrumptious meals. The prime rib is a bit pricey, but for the number of really superb meals we get out of it, it's a bargain.
