The cold road home

I took my time today wandering up from Windamere, past Ullswater and up to Penrith. I love these drives through unknown (to me at least) territory. The snow started as I wound my way through this valley. Taking my time in my trusty little car. The colours were lovely - although not in this shot - a dark yellow mossy colour, vivid in the damp air.
