Victoria and Albert

Final day in England (forgot to blip yesterday) - went to visit my great-aunt who lives in Richmond. She's about 90 and has pretty bad arthritis so she's housebound a lot of the time, so we went to see how she was doing. A tagged along, which meant she met my entire family, since my dad's side came for Christmas day and my mum had a birthday party with all of her side!

After seeing her, we went to Kensington and went to the Museums round there. A and I went into the Natural History Museum, and looked round the Earth section, then went and saw the dinosaur in the entrance, after which we went to the Science Museum which wasn't nearly as good, though amusing. I think I would either have to go to them by myself or with the kids. By myself would probably be better. Why don't they have anything like that in Paris?? This photo was taken in the Victoria and Albert Museum's restaurant, which is really beautiful. This, obviously, is one of the lights.

In the evening, A and I got the Eurostar back to France, which wasn't delayed for once! We got back about 10.30pm and I got home at around 11.45pm. It's nice to be back :)
