Whale fight

Although my fantasy blip is a killer whale eating a great white shark with a seal in its mouth I've realised that it might be a bit difficult to capture on film.

We went whale watching in the whale sanctuary off Hawaii's big island and witnessed full-on whale rutting - two males fighting over a female (with two interested juveniles in tow). Despite the excitement and drama, most of my pictures are either big splashes or pictures of individual tails and pectoral fins (albeit quite nice ones). This is one of the few where you can just about see that there's two grown humpback whales running into each other.

I might have to learn to dive to get my fantasy blip.
