Wanted to share this feature of the Rio metro system, a women's only carriage during peak hours on week days! I can only guess at the rationale, presumably security based including molestation prevention. We've been using the metro a little these days and finding it very efficient, clean and safe (including molestation free). I even used the women's only carriage today but as it's Saturday, that's ok!
