Pear Crumble for tea

Don doesnt usually bother with puddings, I like puddings. hot sticky toffee with fudge sauce type of puddings.

But

He does love my pear crumble, I dont make it too often, well I dont want to spoil him, that or I am lazy since we dont often have puddings now.
No its not new years diet its hernia meaning you cant eat too much!
