Season of mists ...

... and multiple pile-ups. First really foggy day of the season today in Dubai. It was like looking out of an aeroplane window from my office on the 30th floor this morning (this pic is taken from the school car park). There were a number of crashes in Abu Dhabi yesterday, resulting in a couple of deaths. The next couple of months are dangerous first thing in the morning on the roads until the sun gets up because of the lousy standard of driving (the usual response is simply to switch on the hazards!).
