Milk and Cookie O'Clock

We've reached the witching hour for all kids - not quite bedtime but definitely no more energy for playing (without having major fall-outs) - so it's milk and cookies and a wee cartoon before stories and bed.

Good day at home today - Ella had her first proper dancing class with her wee cousin and is fair archie with herself now that she is doing Highland dancing. Hannah had a fun day at school and is making a good in-roads with her Burns poetry (despite her initial misgivings) and Callum spent the day playing with cars and dinosaurs and watching Diego - happy days all round.

Me? I roasted a chicken and now have stock simmering away for leftover chicken and rice soup later in the week - s'all good :-)
