Another book. My cookbook. And very much mine...a great gift from Louise some time ago it's taken me too long to start filling up with all my little recipes and dinners and such. Which is a bit of a lie as the above was first cooked for me by my amazing friend Katia and has now become mine, sorta... Anyway, its tasty, and so easy...and now I'm hungry...
