Finally

Finally it's Christmas Eve
Finally all the family have arrived
Finally all the presents have been bought
Finally the decorations are up
Finally all the food has been bought

Finally we can take a deep sigh and relax...

Except that we can't. The presents still have to be wrapped.
Every year we say that we will wrap the presents well in advance of Christmas Eve.
Today is the same sort of Christmas eve as every year.
